Nineteenth and last piece of the cycle entitled ‘Berlayar’, Bee Kayem: age 19 ‘I am’ is based on Baudelaire’s poem ‘l’ heautontimoroumenos’. Characters take their masks down. This liberation leaves open the possibility for vulnerability, manipulation and creativity.
